Hello Experts,

while taking backup of SAP system on IBM tivoli we get the below error

SQL2062N an error occurred while accessing media "VENDOR". reason code: "18"

not so expert in this

please help us out.

Check you TAPE Size or Free space left on the tape.

i have checked the size and lot of free space is there as compare to our database size.

can you paste an extract of the db2diag.log when the error happens here ?

Hello Rathore,

check the db2diag.log entries under the db2dump directory in order to get more details about the error. Most likely you will have to contact TSM support.

can you please tell me the path to find out the log.

also we dont have TSM support right now as it is under process so in the mid time we have to solve the problem .
