Hi All,

In trial balance report selection criteria what is the use of hide zero balance account and what is the effect of this option if we select this option and if we don't select this option.

Hi,

Hide Zero Balanced Acct – Select this checkbox to exclude zero balanced accounts from the report.

Hi Pooja,

If you select this option, the report will not show any accounts with 0 balance. Otherwise, it will show all accounts.

if you choose this option

means for display which account has no postings it will not display on output screen ..

if you choose this option  and it will hide automatically hide account with no postings

here;; which account has zero balance and those account has not posted it will not display on out put screen

note : Generally all are using hide zero balanced Account
