Production Yield Report

Dear Experts,

I would like to know whether is there any yield report in SBO 8.82? I wish to do a yield report for each WIP but I couldn't find any yield report module in SBO. Could it be done using query or crystal report?

Need some advice or guidelines from the experts.

Hi, Naga.

First, we received raw material in the following form: species - Maple, Strip - 1S, Grade - FAS, T - 25.4, W - 177.8, L - 1820

After that it'll be processed to different grade and dimension.

output A1, species - Maple, Strip - 1S, Grade - N, T - 23.1, W - 145.5, L - 925

output A1, species - Maple, Strip - 3S, Grade - R, T - 23.1, W - 70, L - 365

All with the same batch number, QA14002.

I'll need to calculate the input output yield for the species with the same batch number.

I wish to get something like this:

As long as you can give the detailed logic for your expected report, it is always possible to be done by query or CR.

We tried to put our WIP in different warehouses and wish to get a input output yield report for each warehouse.

For example,

All the items are managed by batches.

Item A stores in warehouse KD

ItemCode BatchNum Qty Warehouse

A             QA14002   7.4  KD

A             QA14003  26.3 KD

Total Input: 33.7

Item A being processed to different items and store in warehouse CR01

ItemCode BatchNum Qty Warehouse

A1           QA14002   5.14 CR01

A2           QA14003   7.82 CR01

A3           QA14003   1.05 CR01

A4           QA14003   4.05 CR01

Total Output: 18.06

Yield(%): (18.06/33.7)*100 = 53.57%

How to get yield for the total input & output for item A in different warehouse?

Hi Chan,

This can be done through FMS on particular field.Create one UDF as FIeld on OBTN and apply FMS query on it.

Does your input and output  appears on Same batch Number ? Is details for input and output are same on Batch Number ?

Yes, input and output appears on same batch number but details for input and output on same batch number are not the same.

For example,
