Hi

Can some one confirm   if   Organization re assignment

should not be considered for end of employment   ?

And how we can know about employee's  end of employment

Hi,

For Employee Entries and Leaving check this T-code: S_PH9_46000223 and give the input parameter according to the requirement. you  can check in the master data for Employee status in IT 0000 of latest record in the Tab Status which is 0 - withdrawn, 1 - Inactive, 2 - Retire & 3 - Active.


Action type Org.Reassignment is depends of the Business configuration and it is not Employee leaving. for employee leaving we do action type Employee exit. Org. reassignment means for example: If the employee changes positions, cost centers, or is moved to another subsidiary, his or her organizational assignment also changes. and one more thing we wont do this action for correcting any incorrect data was maintained while doing any other actions types or any changes like PA / PSA / EG / ESG.

Dear Meeta,

Organisational reassignment is not end of employment, It is basically you are either transferred, or there is change in department or change is position or grade can be termed as organisational re-assignment.

You can check employees current status in IT000(actions infotype)
