break one operation of order CO02

hi experts

during the execution of my production order , it's curent that one or more of the operation of the rooting must be break without stoping all the order ! so my question is :

is it possible to TCO an operation of production order (not all the order but one /many of its opertation) ,???

Hi,

I had suggested to try with a control key (where "cost" check box is not selected), so that the particular operation costs are not included in the total cost calculation.

Hi,

One particular operation cannot be set with TECO. Either delete it or set with a control key, which doesnot have the entries in scheduling, Cost etc.

1) As Almedia sir rightly said, you cant TECO particular order.

I would suggest is either 1) you create new routing or recipe for said product with only required operation in it or 2) Delete that operation from every order though it might be bit time consuming.

Better to create new recipe/routing for the same.

Hello

It is not possible to TECO a single order operation. You must complete the entire order.

You may delete this operation if it is not going to be executed.

Hi Deep D,

I want to TECO just one or more operations of the order

exemple: my order have this 3 operation

ORDER 100000002

                 operation 0010  

                 operation 0020

                 operation 0030

I want to suspend (or TECO) only the 0010 and 0030 not all the order.

Thus we can prevent any cost impuation on this 2 operations for a certain period.

This 2 operations can be resumed afterward.
