Hi there!
I already provided a valid/public ip address the SAPPRDPAK Web Server that proxy/correspond/mapped to it's private ip address and open/allow in our firewall that valid/public accessible any application protocol. But every time i tried/test to access from Intenet (outside our corporate LAN) the SAPPRDPAK URL using it's valid/public ip address it is re-directing to it's private ip address thus causing/resulting the URL not accessible.
As far as the firewall is concern, there's nothing wrong since the policy allow/open "any" application protocol. I even tried to tweak the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS Web Server) website configuration of SAPPRDPAK where it is defined and running, but still the same error event occurs.
What kind of configuration do we need to do?
For now, SAPPRDPAK is only accessible within our corporate LAN.
