if error is (optimistic locks are implemented in the karnel)

then it should be related to profile parameter of enque work processor

so  need to changes in RZ10 TCODE.

change the value of ENQUE/TABLE_SIZE=50,0000.

now i got solved.

Try Go to SM12, delete locked object for this tcode, then go to release it again.
