Database logon error after BO upgrade to 4.1

Hi Team

We are getting database logon incorrect or incomplete error in BO. We are using the BO 4.1 SP4. This error is coming after upgrade from 3.1.

We had identical settings for the reports and database connections as in 3.1
.

Please help. I had gone through the various SCNS regarding the same but did not get any luck.

1. Did you Migrated from BOE XI 3.1 to SAP BI 4.1 SP4?

2. Which Front- End?

3. Which Data source?

4. Which OS for SAP BI 4.1 SP4?

Please close the INCOMPLETE issue.

As Seb pointed out we need details to help you.

At a quick look, this does not seem to be a critical problem. It must be some configuration error that you made during upgrade, Please close the issue.
