Campaign and Purchase Requisition Integration

Former Member

Hi

1. Campaign created and Released. Purchase Requirement details ( Purchase Goods/service, plant, Estimated Cost price) has entered and then saved.

2. Once the Campaign is saved a PR will be created in ECC and updates(PR number) back in CRM. Can any one explain how this is happening.

3. In ECC a Purchase order will be created as a followup document for PR. PO number and the corresponding Status get updates in CRM campaign.

How this will be happening can any one explain.

4. In ECC if some one changes the Estimated cost price of a line item in PR will that updates back in CRM PR. If yes how ? if not why?

Regards

Vijay

Hi Vijay,

there's a standard interface that from CRM asks for data to ECC.

So, when you open Purchase Goods, and Service tab an update, the interface call eCC, ask for data (like PR and PO number) and update the relevant fields.

Anyway, if you change something in the PR in ECC, like Estimated Cost Price, this will not flow back to CRM.

Hi Vijay,

For all your questions, I have a generalized standard answer.

For every thing a program is responsible. May be different programs for each service.

Let me know if you are expecting something else.
