Custom Partner function display with drop down list

Hi Experts,

In standard solman incident management transaction, when org unit Service team is entered it provides Message processor partners as drop down list.

We have similar requirement with a custom partner function, IT SPOC, where we get drop down list of Business partners as per relation maintained in Org.master data.

Can we fulfill this requirement using Customizing? I have this question posted in solution manager ITSM forum but no reply yet

Hi Vinod,

From CRM perspective, if the procedure user and the partner function are included in the PDP, then it can be achieved.

Custom partner function is already defined in PDP.

Can you please elaborate or provide pointers, how can we achieve our requirement,

Custom partner function for IT SPOC: We have drop-down list of BP Employee  of selected Org.Unit

Custom Partner function for SPOC Organisation unit: we have drop down list of  Organisation units

In that case you have to look into the access sequence.
