ELM - Issue with BP Creation

hello experts, i try to créate a new customers with ELM, but this tool show me the error " the BP xxxxxxxx Doesnt Exists". As if only let me update BPs and dont let me créate. Please if anyone know how solve it i ll be very gratefull.

as far I understand the if you pass the business partner ID system tries to update an existing business partner but won't create the same. Can you try using a mapping format without having the business partner ID? The ID will be generated but cannot be provided for creation.
