We are facing special character issue.Every time we are contacting business users to correct it manually.Is there any other way to remove it while loading in data manager or removing special character during syndication.Kindly help.
Data is loaded manually....Users are copying data from some other place and loading it into MDM

While checking this in notepad i can able to view line breaks and carriage returns are presented in text files due to this lines are splitting and failed in end system.

One way is that, while creating the records in MDM itself, proper action is required to be taken so that the data is precise. We have Leading Character to Strip and Trailing Characters to strip options, however these will be useful when the characters are fixed.
How the data load happens to MDM ? The best way is to restrict the character issue before its being created in MDM.
