How to go with BADI CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN

Hi,

I need to create CRM Claim as followup of ERP Billing document.

Can anyone tell me how to implement it.

1. I need to searh for ERP Billing documents in CRM WEB UI. --> Can I use RFC FM call in event handler to "Search"  Button or can we use same BADI.

2. To copy over details from Billing document in ERP to CRM Claim.

Hello Karthik,

I would eventually use an action as trigger for the follow-up creation. Either manually triggered or automatically. For details on how to do it you could check the event handler of the standard "Create Follow Up"-button in each transaction.
