Dear gurus,We are using business role-ZBP_SLS_EMPL-BP Sales Employee.while creating an opportunity in web ui entire sales organisation data will appear automatically (We are using Organizational Model Determination rule.-User org unit.) but we are getting an error " Sales org unit doesn't have these attribute".
In our organisation structure (PPOMA_CRM) Sales group 102 is assigned two different sales office 1110(XXX HO Sales Office)& 1010( YYY HO Sales Office).1110(XXX HO Sales Office) is assigned to 1131-XXX Sales Org and 1010(YYY HO Sales Office)is assigned to 1031-YYY Sales Org. If I maintained Sales group 102 in 1031-XXX Sales Org then i get an error "Sales org unit does not have these attributes" but when i didn't maintained Sales group 102 in 1031 then i didn't get any error in creating opportunity for 1131-XXX Sales Org. Please suggest this is happening because of this.
The assignment of one of the sales group can be removed manually as i have done, this enables a 1:1 mapping with CRM and R/3 sales group.(Is correct that only 1:1 mapping with CRM and R/3 sales groupm is possible in CRM?)
I also run report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE. We have enhanced back end system
