Hi Experts
User is trying to create New case in CRM WEB UI, and screen getting freeze and not able to edit any filed on screen.
we have tried from Authorization point of view but user have all authorization in place.
screen getting freeze and not allowing to edit any fields on Case creation screen og CRM WEB UI.
Please help me out for this issue

Hello Prashant,
If no custom event is repsonsible for this I would consider creating and OSS-message. Before that you could debug the handler for the new/create event.
