We did a Quality refresh last but after that the SOAMANAGER transaction is not working error in program RSHTML01 is Secure Storage: Entry was created with another SID.
Please help me rectify the same where to change the SID

Is the SOAMANAGER transaction ONLY not working when called via the ITS/WEBGUI?
