the mark printing changed

HI,

My company plan switch from SAPLPD to Sapsprint because the SAPLPD is out of support.

but there is something wrong when use sap sprint.

some SAP standard marks changed when  use sap sprint in the spool preview.

I checked the log files of SAPLpd and sapsprint but can't find out the reason.

any ideas?

Hi

I have heared about similar problem likes yours.

The font file SAPDings Normal is for printing Sap standard marks and it should be installed with SAP GUI together.

please check if the font installed in the windows SAPSprint server.

You said that marks changed in the spool preview.Do you mean in tcd:SP01 or in the real
print out result?Which Access method are you using? S or G?  Which device type are you using?

How the marks changed?
