Recurring Appointments via Groupware 7.0

Hello,

As mentioned on following SDN thread; we are also looking to configure recurring calendar appointments between CRM Cal and Outlook.  At the moment, we have single appointments syncing between CRM 7.0 --> Groupware 7.0 --> O365 (and vise versus), but recurring appointments do not work.   Has any one successfully been able to configure this?  According to SAP Help this is possible, but we were not able to figure it out with the limited information provided (we're novice in this area).

Hello Jose, you need to use WFM(workforce management) to acheive that.

Thanks for the response Rohit.  Can you point to where I can find more information regarding WFM?  I'd like to explore this further, and see if its a viable option for us.
