Error Product catalog does not exists

Hi Experts,

We have a two catalogs, but one of the catalog is not working currently in Quality. We are getting error message "Product catalog does not exists".

checked the TREX, it is working fine. Did the initial indexing successfully. But even we are facing the same issue.

Please check the attachment and suggest me how we can proceed,

Well you could try logging onto TREX system and goto TREXADMIN t-code and enter the P-Id values to check if the catalog is indeed indexed in TREX.

Alternatively try restarting the custom b2b app and check the shop configuration for POSTI_BOB.

The catalog and variant fields are hidden when catalog selection is enabled so uncheck that and see if any catalog name/variant is hard coded.

it's not possible from the error message to identify the reason of the issue. May I ask you to open OSS message for this case.
