Business Role Parameter on URL WEB IC

Dear all, Is there any kind of parameter where we can define by default the business role when doing the logon by a url link to the Interaction Center? http://**********************/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm?sap-client=101&sap-user=****&s... Hi.

There is a parameter "sap-role=" which you can pass with the URL with business role name.
