AO - 1.4.9 Patch 1 - no export to PPT

Hello Everybody

I have just installed the version 1.4.9 of Analysis for office and  patch 1 too.

I can not export the data to power point - when I go to analysis for Power point - I see that  add ins are missing - I dunno what to do

can you help me please?

Could you launch Analysis for Microsoft PowerPoint separately and check analysis add-in is activated or not

If not-> go to file ->options->add-ins-> Select Disabled Items in dropdown for Manage-> Click on Go

If analysis is present->Select it and Enable

and then enable from com-addins

go to file ->options->add-ins-> Select COM add-ins dropdown for Manage-> Click on Go

If analysis is present->Check it-> Click on OK

this might work

I have already checked and I do not have the Analysis add - in - I have downloaded the software from service market place - dunno why I do not have it - any suggestion?

Manu  - you may need to uninstall and reinstall

I just checked - I am on 1.4.9 patch 1 and I have both

I dunno why I have already installed and reinstalled everything but I don´t have it ...where can I check to see if I have the right add-inn?

Hi, please go to your Start Menu, as shown below:

It should be under SAP Business Intelligence > SAP BusinessObjects Analysis

You should be able to activate the COM add on - could you try that?

Manu - you may want to create a SAP Support ticket/incident

Be sure to activate the logs and attach them

Hi

Can you go to below location and check BiShared07Addin.dll is present or not

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Analysis

if it present add dll file in your COM Add-ins using ADD button try it

BTW : could you specify your environment

OS  with 32 bit/64 bit? excel version with 32/64 bit ?

I have :

OS 64 bit

Excel 34 bit
