issues with Refresh is not working in ESS/MSS.

Hi Experts,

We are currently facing  issues with Refresh is not working in ESS/MSS.

When ever request raised by employee . it has been taken 1 mint time for refreshing the item in uwl task list.

where to change(reduce) the refresh time limit.

Hi punna Rao,

While creating the Webflowconnector in the UWL you have property to change the time,

Path is system admin-->system config-->Universal worklist and workflow-->universal worklist administration-->select your wfc and click Edit.

please check the below screenshot their you can change accroding to your requirement.
