System performance slow

Now a days we got suffer with system performance slow.Please see the bellow swap in our system.

Please help me out , which parameter are related to this those require to increase.

Have a look to the here under note to get some information on buffers

By double clicking on the swaps column you could get detailed info for a specific buffer and the by clicking on [Current parameters] you could get the related instance parameters.

Buffer could help to improve performance but should not be the root cause for a system slow down.
