Hi All, How to fix below error please!

Here attached screen shot and below error message.

Could not open libsap016vc71.dll

title: I18N Initialization.

Terminating.

Actually this happened when I had change SAP Logon 640 to SAP Logon 730.

Please assist me to fix this error.... Many Thanks!

I had checked this file libsap016vc71.dll it has in the C: system32 folder. but, I could not fix the the error message.

Today I had revert back to SAP GUI 640 know I am getting this error message. How to fix this please!

Here is the Message:

snap-in failed to initialize.

CLSID:{633547EE-A302-11D1-AE59-080009B07DBB}
