simple value selector issue in portal 7.3 after migration from 7.0 in IE8

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue after migration from 7.0 to 7.3 , in one of my screen there is one table in which we need to populate the values from simple value selector. Now the issue is when we hover all to the column the value selector icon jumps to the next adjacent column and when i try to click it jumps to next adjacent column.

in this way we are unable to select / click on the value selector icon. this issue is specific to IE 8 only , it works fine in IE 9 and chrome.

Please provide ur value suggestion
