Hi experts,
I have a requirement to derive a characteristic depends on a key figure value.
I have a charcteristic which is normally filled with #. I also have a key figure that is used by user to set value to 1 or 0.
Everytime when the user set the value to 1 this characteristic should be set to X and save back into the cube.
When the user set it to 0 the characteristic should be filled with #. Is it possible?
I can not use characteristic relationship as it is used just for deriving characteristic from characteristic.
I would appreciate any help.
Thank you all in advance.
Best regards,
Ali
no this is not possible, because the data record with 0 would always stay in the system.

Hi,
This is kind of "repost" functionality.
You can write FOX that zeroing a record with # and creates a record with X and vice versa.
