Problem with the score card, not getting the Quality Score

Hi,

I am not getting the Quality Score in the score card and it is showing both Quality Dimensions and Quality Trend.

May I know the possible way how to get the Quality score in score card?

Hi

Possible way to get the Quality score in score card

Bind the rule & Select Rule Result, then run the Calculate Score in Workspace Area

After Execution of Calculate Score Click for Scorecard

Quality Score in the score card will be Displayed

We have Summary View & Detailed View

These are the possible ways to see Scorecard

I followed the same procedure as you mentioned, but I didn't get the result.

Which version are you using 4.1 or 4.2?

Hi Sahana,

I am also using the same version 4.2. I am facing another issue i.e., when I view the data in the table using IS getting an error. can you please help me how to get the view data log file?

I got the result in score card, but the view is different it is not showing quality score and quality dimension separately.
