Option "New users are created as concurrent users" is disabled

I was recently able to set up Windows AD and SSO on IIS using Kerberos.

When i was trying to get this working, I had changed the option "" to select "New users are created as named users" from the default of "New users are created as concurrent users".

I want to use the option of concurrent users but the option is now disabled. I would like to switch back to the default but not able to do it. As we have limited numbers of users available, when i import an AD group only few of the users get imported due to this setting.

I would like to enable this option and then import the AD Group users.

Thanks

Ashwini

Hi,

this setting is based on your license. Looks like you have a named licensing model instead of a concurrent one.

We, for example, use a concurrent model an we cant switch to named.

Maybe you used a different key during the installation and initial configuration and now changed to your productive key?

We also used Concurrent model, but the screen let me change to the Named Users option. I didn't understand the options and changed it to check few settings. But it doesn't allow me to change it back.

Hi,

please navigate to the CMC -> License Keys. I could imagine that there is listed someting like:

Named Users:            xxx

Concurrend Users:     -

Processors:                -

Expires:                      unlimited
