Accessing Archived FICA Documents

Hi All,

I have archived FICA Documents using FI_MKKDOC and I have activated the info structure SAP_FICA_DOC001 to access data by using transaction SARJ, but when I display the document using transaction FPE3, the FICA Documents are not displayed. the system gives me a message that ' Document has been archived'.

I do check the 'Check Archive' check box.

Is there any way to access data using the standard transaction FPE3?

Hi Mahesh,

It would be great if you could share the error message that comes in task bar of SAP screen if you select 'Check Archive' while accessing FPE3.

Also, check the open text connectivity and any interrupted archiving session (using SARA or AS_AFB).

Check whether you can see the document in FPL9 with 'with Archive' option selected.

The issue was because of a Enhancement option put in, it's been resolved now.
