Does User Type Communication need to be licensed.

Hi Everyone,

I just need a background on what are the difference user type and functionality for each user type on an R/3 system. May some example and clarification on how to use them, And how does SAP billed each user type.

Hi Michael,

Only Dialog users are licensed users, you can find a number of threads on this in SCN.

Its always better to clear it out with your SAP Business Manager.
