Old appraisal system not working on ESS/MSS

Dear consultants,

we implementing Old appraisal system - not objective settings and appraisal - with ESS/MSS over NWBC technology - not portal - .

after i prepared the appraisal and appraisal status become "in process", no appraisal documents appear in MSS >> appraisal documents or appraisal management nodes.

even after the appraisal document status became "complete", the appraisal result not appear in ESS>> appraisal documents.

the question is:

1. is ESS/MSS supports old appraisal system? or only new one (OSA)?

2. if support old system, how i can solve this scenario:

a) HR admin will prepare the appraisal, and but it to "In process"

b) direct manager will get appraisal documents in MSS, so he will score his employees and "Complete"

c) the employee will find his appraisal in ESS to display his score.

1) Only new one (OSA)

2) transfer old documents into new

Regarding second point, i'm not migrating from old system to new system, so Old system not replaced by OSA.

is it possible to create appraisal documents on old appraisal system and then transfer it to OSA?

if yes, please put some light about how to do this.

It's a program. maybe background. Something like

but instead of Excel - the source is old appraisal system.
