CTS+ SP upgrade Pre/Post check query

Hi Experts,

We are planning to upgrade (7.01 SP8 ---> 7.01 SP16) the CTS+ system which is used for the transport management in Portal, CE , NWDI and MDM.

Can any one help for the following queries?

1. Will there be any impact to the existing transport request waiting for the import?

2. Will it affect any connectivity (RFC) between the connected systems?

3. Any SAP help link which is providing detailed Pre and Post check before starting the upgrade?

In the post upgrade , we will be validating by doing the transport from one environment to other.

Hi,

Do you mean that you are upgrading the backend abap system used for CTS + ?

In that case there should not be any issue for the existing transports or rfc connections.

Make sure you perform all the test cases before and after upgrade.
