How to convert Unicode to non-Unicode

Hi ,

We are upgrading the system From 3.5 to 7.3, so we are moving non Unicode to
Unicode ,From R/3 to BW we don’t have any issues because both are Unicode systems.

But we are sending data from bw to other systems like oracle ,using infspoke (not open hub).

Oracle non Unicode systems, now i have to convert Unicode to non-Unicode.

Is there any Function module or any option to do that?

Use SAP BO Data Services .

Hi Anand,

We don’t have BO, but i have fixed the issue myself.

I have converted the Unicode value to hex in BI, then hex to char in downstream
system.
