ABAP ERROR WHILE GENERATING COPA DATASOURCE

Dear team,

while generating copa datasource in ECC system, received below error.

SQL error "SQL code: 403" occurred while accessing table "DD02L".

Category               Installation Errors
Runtime Errors         DBSQL_SQL_ERROR
Except.                CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

     SQL error "SQL code: 403" occurred while accessing table "DD02L".

What happened?
     Database error text: "SQL message: internal error: Exception
      CompileServerNotFoundException: No details while compiling trigger

I am working on solution provided by Former Member from the below scn link.
