Regarding Search Help in Abap Web Dynpro

Hi All,

   I am using Automatic search help in Webdynpro. I Have created Search help for the field Bank Key , By Exporting Country Key  i am able to get multiple values like Bank key Swift Code Bank Name etc... It worked fine. After Mapping all those fields to webdynpro i am able to get multiple values.

After that i have added new field to the Search Help and updated the Mapping in Webdynpro. Now i am Unable to get the value in that new field.

Help me Regarding this.

Hi Nagalakshmi,

I think, you are using structure to create context node.  If so, your new field should be mapped to search field inside the structure.

i.e. after adding new field to search help, make sure that you re-attach the search help to bank KEY field in structure and map the all the fields from search help to structure fields.

Also, make sure that new field added in search help is marked as EXPORTING.
