How to modify Standard iView in portal

Hi All,

  How can we modify the existing portal standard iView(log-off) and how to re deploy into it.

  I need to change this to add some pop-up if user is Idle for more than 20 min.

Please advice how to modify the standard iView and how to add up-up code to that,
