Dear All,
We all know Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 [technical Monitoring] is generating alert message when satellite [ERP] system is down.
1) How solution Manager will fetch date from satellite system and decide the remote system is down or not?
2) How frequent it will check the satellite system availability?
