SAP HCM Overtime

Dear SAP HCM Experts,

I need your help so badly.

One of my clients required me to carry forward the Overtime hours to next Month. I would like to give an example:

November Month overtime to carry forward to December month payroll and so on.

Please provide your solution and thanks in advance.

Hi,

I would put the overtime in SALDO and transfert them into another time type the following month so I can be transfert to ZL.

Hi Mohammed,

Assumption:  You are using Time evaluation to process OT.

1) Write a custom rule and use it in the function ZLIT. The custom rule will exclude OT wage type for the payroll period being processed..

e.g. remove all OT wage type for the current period

2) Write a custom function to import B2 cluster for the previous period in the current period.

e.g read all OT wage type for Nov in dec pay period.

Hope this help. But you need to know why are they doing this. Is it legal to pay current month ot in next month?

However this is the option to process last month OT in current month...
