Experts,
we recently implemented GRC PC and now we are having issues with the connector. when we open any business rule, we can see 2 connectors as "main connectors". we will ideally need only one connector as main connector and i also understand that the system will allow only one connector as main connector. however, in the business rule general tab we can see 2 connectors a main connectors.
we tried to trouble shoot in following ways
1. Through SPRO we tried to reset / set the target connector for the rule with issue. this did not resolve and the business rule is still having 2 connectors as main connectors.
2. SM59 - in the RFC connection set up we cannot see the connector. example business rule 1 has connector X and connector Y as main connectors. connector X is the genuine connector and connector Y is a bug (assuming). now in the Sm59 screen we can only see connector X is setup and no trace of connector Y. again like mentioned earlier the connector Y is appearing in the business rule general tab as main connector.
Is there a way to work around this and remove connector Y from all business rules and just set connector X as the main connector.
Last to mention we have transported about 45 business rules into the production system (GRC PC) few rules were transported appropriately with only one main connector X. but majority of the rules transported with 2 main connectors X & Y.
Thanks,
Mohindar
Hi,
Please check connector settings in SPRO. Remove unwanted connector there, it will resolve the issue.

Hi Mohindar,
have you checked the setup of the data source and business rules with respect to the connectors used?
