Hi,

I need assistence please.

I have setup SCC (Sybase Control Center) and it is displaying data but it is not saving the data so that I can do statistics. What is required to display the statistics? It seems like my collection job is not saving the data in the database used to store the statistics information. I have SCC 3.2.7 and I have Sybase ASE central Clients 15.7 (2) . Windows 7 and 8. Both OS not working

My collection jobs fail with the following error:

Hi All,

Thanks for all the help. It was the installation files that were corrupted. I forgot to update this as I was so excited when it worked last Friday. So sorry it slipped my mind. Thanks a lot for your input and kindness. Victoria, I still need to look into DBA Cockpit and use automatic table managment.  I read about it but just did not have enough time. So the solution is to install a new version or download one that actually has the correct files.

Hello Dale,

please check KBA 1947175 - SCC3.2.7(Sybase control Center) repository error and failed collect statistics - ASE 1...

My suggestion would be to use the latest SCC version.

With kind regards

Stefan

Hi,

I would add this to Stefan's suggestion: Or to use the ATM of DBA Cockpit for statistics updates

Best regards,
Victoria.
