Dear GLM experts,
I am facing issue an in WWI settings in SAP GLM. We are using new SAP GLM + and execute label printing through Print Requests.
We want to run multiple WWI servers under same RFC name so that load balancing can be achieved.
SAP documentation mentions that we need to have a MS SQL database if we use multiple WWI services pointing to one WWI RFC location.
I did followed the instruction and provided the database connectstring in WWI .ini file but the print request is failing with error message that "Unable to get db connection".
Do any one of you use latest GLM with above WWI setting and were you able to sucessfully connect to database during label generation.
If so please let me know the details. Thanks in advance.
Thanks
Pugal

Dear Pugal
please check WWI cookbook; e.g. Ehs wwi cookbook_en
(PS: please check SAP Marketplace for recent version)
I am not aware of any "on top MS SQL database" which is mandatory to make it happen.
But may be GLM + is different;
