Hi Pavan,

One way is to load the records from the flat file to new working table (direct mapping).

(Truncate it at the beginning of job ).

Then use it  in table comparison .

Text File Source > Query_Transform > Table_Comparison > Map_Insert > Key_Generation > Traget Table

                                                                                                     > Map_Update > Traget Table
