Hello folks,
Is there a way to suppress/hide warnings in Analysis for excel when data is saved or retrieved?
There are some technical details in the warning which the users don't want to see.
Appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Vasu
In the Settings > Support Settings tab, have you unclicked the checkbox next to "Show Suppressed Messages"? By default that is left on.

Tammy,
Following are the main messages. There are some more listing the data and characteristics causing these messages.
Characteristic combination cannot be assigned to a part provider (RSPLS_CR-017)
Cannot generate combinations for MultiProvider 'ZCOOM_M03' (RSPLS_CR-013)
I tried to suppress them in Bex/BW (in RSRT) but do not see an option to suppress these messages. So, the only other way is to do it at Analysis.
Thanks again,
Vasu
Thanks Tammy.
Tried that option in SPRO but still the messages are showing up.
FYI, the queries am using are Input ready based on a BI-IP model.
I may have to do an exit/enhancement in the Classes to suppress the messages.
P.S. I see an idea in idea place requesting "suppress messages" feature on the Analysis side.
