.Net Runtime Error - Epic-BusinessIntelligence service

Getting the following runtime error which happens to coincide with the above referenced service stopping. Need help deciphering the error.

When you are facing this issue? What is the software version you are using???

Please elaborate in detail in order to understand the issue.
