P46 car The person will not be processed until the report has been run for the previous year

Hi All,

when i ran the P46 car RPCP46G0 program for one EE i am getting message like

The person will not be processed until the report has been run for the previous year!

Message no. 5G581

we have never run the P46 program RPCP46G0 this is the first time

when i ran the Archive Initialisation Report (RPCI46G0) the out put came with no EEs selected

then i checked the table - T5G_P46ARV it has got more than 500 entries which was run on 2011

1925870 - PY-GB: P46 archive updating issue for replacement car

1925871 - PY-GB: P46 archive updating issue for replacement car

we are in the support pack 75 ECC 604

please let me know if we have to do any configuration in the PI system

Hi Scott Sinai,

thanks for the info,

we have never run the P46 program RPCP46G0

we have only ran the Archive Initialisation Report (RPCI46G0) & the table - T5G_P46ARV has got updated on 2011

after that we have not run the P46 program RPCP46G0 so the entries between IT0442 & archive table  T5G_P46ARV are mismatching

The person will not be processed until the report has been run for the previous year!

Message no. 5G581

to cover come this issue either you have run the P46 program RPCP46G0 for the previous years

or

you can delete the table - T5G_P46ARV though SE16

then run the Archive Initialisation Report (RPCI46G0) & the table - T5G_P46ARV will have the updated information

there will be no inconsistency between T5G_P46ARV table & IT0442

you run the P46 program RPCP46G0

Hi All,

please know that P46  car cannot be processed through PI XML because the functionality is not yet developed (underdevelopment)

so we have to process them manually, please have a lot at the below link
