Access level Rights

I'm trying to create an access level where users shouldn't be able to delete the reports from their favourites.

I've set rights as below:

Access level - Report Writers - General - Delete Objects is set to "Denied"

But user is still able to delete objects from Favourites

Looks like "Delete objects that the users owns" is granted. 

You can deny it too so that users are not able to delete the files which reside in Favourites.
