SAP did not start during SUM

During support package installation with SUM we get errors in phase:

Checks after phase MAIN_TRANSEXEC/STARTSAP_TRPREACT were negative!

SAP system did not start. R3trans -d returns with 0000 but in dev_w0 I found the following error entry.

Hi Olaf,

It looks to be issue with DB2 CLI client not installed correctly.

Similar issue has been discussed here

Re-installation of DB2 CLI client and adjusting environment paths for SAP user has resolved the issue.
