Rule Parameters Change when saving

I have been succesfully using territory manaagement for the last three years with no incidents to talk of; however out of the blue an error has appeared.

I set up the territory and assign the parameters I require, a simple sales district to territory match.

However when I save this the parameters disappear.

Has anyone come across this before? Am I missing a step all of a sudden?

Hi Hari,

The rule parameters I am creating are for a sales district to territory relationship. This is shown in the first image. However when I save the parameters switch to SMNTNB RULEID and ROW_NO.

This is a new thing, normally the saved rule Looks the same as when created. It has meant when we edited an existing territory the accounts have been detached from the territory. As our searches and activities are territory restricted no one can now see the accounts.

I appreciate your help with this.
