SAP BO 4.0 prerequisites failed

Hi All,

I am new to SAP BO and trying to install BO 4.0 (SP9). While installing in Windows 7 operating system / 64 bit laptop I was getting prerequisites failed in Microsoft office Exce (2003 or higher) 32 bit - failed.. I would request you to help in this regard to resolve this issue . Thanks Vijay

Only Office 2010 64 bit is bot supported with Dashboards.

Only 32 bit office versions are supported.

Try to right click the setup and run it as administrator and make sure that the antivirus and the firewall is turned off

when you are working in 64 bit environment, kindly use the MS-Office 64 bit version. Please check the PAM for more clarifications.
