Work instruction viewer

Hi,

I'm trying to use the work instrution viewer. But as you can see in the attached file, the image does not scale properly within the viewer. Is there a workaround for that problem?

And what are the controls under the image for?

Hi Torsten,

Can you load the image in lower resolution if you do not need to zoom it?

Alternatively you can use Flash to pre-scale pages with images.

Hi,

resizing the image will not work, if the PODs are shown on screens with different sizes.

How do you think, we could use Flash? Do you think of programming our own Homepage?

Hi Torsten,

from what I've seen in the past the only option currently is to write your own POD plugin to show the work instructions.

This way you can control the layout of the work instructions way better.

Hi Torsten,

I saw other customers using Flash in standard PODs. They created their own Flash pages and used URL Work Instructions. However, I do not know details about the implementaion.

Perhaps somebody in the community, who had such implementation, can comment.
